One of the benefits of a convention like VCON is that it gives members and interested others the opportunity to find a variety of fannish goods collected together in one place. With this in mind, we run a Dealer's Room - sort of a “Fan Shopping Mall” if you will - for the duration of the con. Instead of running all over town to find books, comics, memorabilia, T-shirts, or what-have-you, at VCON you can find them all gathered conveniently under one roof! For those who favour artwork we'll also have an Artists Alley available.

Dealers Room Hours
The VCON Dealers Room will be open during the following hours:
- Fri, Oct 2: 1pm-7pm
- Sat, Oct 3: 10am-7pm
- Sun, Oct 4: 10am-4pm
Dealers Room Rates
Dealers Room table reservations are $50 for the weekend. Tables are standard 6'x3' rectangles and individual dealers may reserve up to a maximum of three tables.
All merchants with tables in the dealers room are required to have a valid weekend membership to VCON in addition to their table reservation. Dealers may have assistants to help them staff their table during the day but each assistant must also have a VCON membership that is valid for all times when they will be assisting in the Dealers Room. Full weekend memberships may be purchased in advance online or at the door. One-day memberships are also available at the door (useful for dealers with different assistants helping on different days). See the Registration Page for membership rate details.
Dealer Table Registration
If you are interested in selling merchandise in the VCON Dealers Room you should make a Dealers Room Space Request using the ticket form below. Once you have made your request the VCON 35 Dealers Liaison will contact you shortly to discuss your table reservation request and, should you be approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your reservation.
Once you have been approved as a dealer for VCON 35, the Dealers Liaison will provide you with a password so you can purchase your table space from the VCON 35 Dealers Room Table Reservations page. If you did not recieve the password or have misplaced it, please contact the Dealers Liaison using the "VCON Dealers Room Information" option on our contact form.
