One of the benefits of a convention like VCON is that it gives members and interested others the opportunity to find a variety of fannish goods collected together in one place. In addition to our Dealers Room we also have an Artists Alley which is a place where artists of all breeds set up shop to showcase their work. Artists will be at their table each day of the convention and, in addition to buying their work (comic books, art prints, original artwork, etc.), you may catch a glimpse into their process by watching them do drawings live and in person.

Artists Alley Hours
The VCON Artists Alley will be open during the following hours:
- Fri, Oct 2: 1pm-7pm
- Sat, Oct 3: 10am-7pm
- Sun, Oct 4: 10am-4pm
Artists Alley Rates
Artists Alley table reservations are $35 for the weekend. Tables are standard 6'x3' rectangles and individual artists may reserve up to a maximum of three tables.
All merchants with tables in the Artists Alley are required to have a valid weekend membership to VCON in addition to their table reservation. Artist may have assistants to help them staff their table during the day but each assistant must also have a VCON membership that is valid for all times when they will be assisting in the Artists Alley. Full weekend memberships may be purchased in advance online or at the door. One-day memberships are also available at the door (useful for dealers with different assistants helping on different days). See the Registration Page for membership rate details.
Artists Alley Registration
If you are interested in promoting and selling your art in the VCON Artists Alley you should make a Artists Alley Space Request using the ticket form below. Once you have made your request the VCON 35 Dealers Liaison will contact you shortly to discuss your table reservation request and, should you be approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your reservation.
Once you have been approved as an artist merchant for VCON 35, the Dealers Liaison will provide you with a password so you can purchase your table space from the VCON 35 Artists Alley Table Reservations page. If you did not recieve the password or have misplaced it, please contact the Dealers Liaison using the "VCON Artists Alley Information" option on our contact form.
