Please be advised that
the VCON ConCom recently decided
to switch to a new online registration system
in order to better serve our membership.
We are currently in the process of transferring all of the existing member registration information out of our old system and into the new. If you registered prior to June 20, 2010 (including those that registered at the VCON 34 Dead Dog party or shortly thereafter), you should expect to receive a confirmation email from the new registration system once your data has been copied over. This message will appear to be from "West Coast Science Fiction Association" with the email address "orders@eventbrite.com" and will include a PDF attachment containing eTickets for the event.
If you believe you are already a registered member for VCON 35
but have not received a confirmation by the end of the week (Friday, June 25)
Please use the "Registration Issues" option in our contact form to let us know.
We are missing email addresses for a few registered members and you might be one of them.
We will also be using this system for Dealers Room and Artists Alley registration, and the transfer of that data will happen a bit later. If you have already paid for table space and your membership you will receive a confirmation for both at the same time - Another announcement will be made when that should be happening
